I forgot my username

Your username will be the email address you've subscriped to SnelNL with, but with a subject line '_' instead of an at sign '@'.

(For example: myemail_gmail.com).

The order confirmation email you received from SnelNL will also contain all of your account information.

I have not received my login information

It's possible the information ended up in the 'Spam' folder of your email account. Make sure to check there for our confirmation email. If it's not there, simply try to log in to your SnelNL account on our website.
